Orders > LAPCO will contact you after you have placed your order to ensure that you will receive the goods you have requested. You can choose to submit an order/inquiry if you want to have a quote on a product rather than a transaction.
Freight > Charges will be added to your invoice, this will be based on the size of the order. For orders under $55.00 including GST there is a handling charge of $5.00. (New Zealand only) Payment >
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made using Visa and Master Cards. If you wish to become a account holder you can contact us for our current terms of trade. Dispatch >
We dispatch goods after we have processed the payment. If the item is not in stock there maybe up to a two week delay which we will inform you of. In this case we will only process the payment when we dispatch the goods.
Returns >
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase you may return it with 7 days of the delivery, in re-saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
For defective products or goods supplied by us incorrectly, on receipt of the returned goods, we will either replace the goods and refund and the shipping fees or refund the full purchase price including shipping fees. If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by e-mailing us on info@lapco.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within this time as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our postal insurance. Warranty > While LAPCO makes every endeavour to ensure that its products meet the highest standards as to quality, fitness and compliance with description, and every care is taken over selection of animal hides, no responsibility is accepted for wear and no warranty is given relating to natural product variation, variations from photograph description to physical product, and the effects of any subsequent manufacturing processes. Because most of our items are made from natural products, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine leather and skin and add to the beauty and character of our products. If at some future time we decide to alter our policies, these changes not apply retrospectively and will only be relevant to those transactions made after the date the amendments have been posted on these pages.
